CUSTOM CUT SCREENS

Screens can be used in a multitude of ways to enhance your home, business or space and have been installed as a room dividers, booth dividers for restaurants, facades for buildings, window security screens, outdoor fencing, and architectural accents for indoor and outdoor purposes.

Designs can be selected in many different materials, colors and finishes. Patterns are developed via sketches and and then further developed using software and engineered for the intended use. Patterns are then cut using either waterjet or laser cutting technologies depending on material and application or the design. If mounting and or track is needed for securing the panels, we can handle that as part of the design process. All design and project work can be handled digitally, panels can be shipped to almost any location. We are currently in the process of building out an online store where selected patterns will be offered in standard sheet sizes and applications.

PLEXIGLASS

is a beautiful material to work with, designs can either be laser etched into the surface or cut right through. Once cutting or etching has taken place the wood is sealed for use indoors or outdoors, most wood types such as plywood or oak.

Durable and versatile, designs can again be laser etched or cut right through. Aluminum is a great option as is lightweight, powder coated mild steel is fantastic for outdoor purposes. Copper, brass or steel can be given a patina. finish.

powder coating metal can be used to match or contrast with a decorative color scheme. The baked on application makes it the perfect solution for waterproofing. Any color can be matched in matt, satin or gloss finish.

looks very sleek and can be ordered in colored or glass effect selections, designs can be laser etched into the surface or cut right through. Lightweight, some great effects can be made by increasing layers and colors together.
